Did you know that 1 out of 4 deaths is caused by a food related illness? That means 25% of us will succumb to the choices we make with our food!


But there's an easy way to avoid this and feel your best every day! Choose whole foods, like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, that you like to eat, and eat those every day. Sounds complicated doesn't it? You are probably thinking that adding more fruits and veggies to your diet will be difficult or perhaps your family will not hear of you doing away with pizza night! Would you believe me if I told you it's easier than you think and you can have pizza too?


During a nutrition counselling session with me, I will teach you easy ways to add whole, plant based foods to your life and still enjoy the foods you love! We will talk about your overall nutrition and I will provide you with guidance, templates and recipes to get you started.
