Get your bars run!

Wait, what?!? Get my bars run? I thought you were just going to touch my head.


That's what I often hear, when I'm talking with some one about Access Bars®. Let's chat for a minute about Access Bars® and what I mean, when I say, 'run your bars'!


When we talk about Access Bars®, we are referring to 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling your best.


The 32 points are specific points, some "bar" shaped (hence the running bars) around the whole head, that represent various aspects of your life.


Ultimately, Access Bars® can feel like hitting the delete button on your computer’s over edited and extremely cluttered hard drive – only this time, you’re creating space in your mind and body. Things like negative patterns, or the endless mental chatter keeping you awake at night, can be released and make space for the calm and relaxation you’ve been seeking.

These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored and are all directly related to how you feel, physically and emotionally. Having your 'bars run', and when we say that, we mean receiving a session, can improve many aspects of your life, including:

  • sleep

  • health

  • weight

  • thoughts about money, sex and relationships

  • anxiety

  • stress

This process is so relaxing and peaceful; imagine the after-effects of a great massage or a walk in nature. You feel a sense of total ease, unlike anything else, that starts to change your whole life.

The research on Access Bars and mental health

According to Dr. Terrie Hope Ph.D., DNM, CFMW, in a study in the Journal of Energy Psychology: Theory, Research, and Treatment in November 2017, the results of one 90-minute Access Bars® session indicated up to an 80% decrease in the severity of depression and anxiety.
